2005 - 2008
A visual arts development agency based in the east of England that works with artists and commissioners to create innovative art projects for public spaces.
TS&P worked with Commissions East on a project basis, promoting projects such as the Arts Council England backed Escalator Visual Arts programme, which took over the Great Eastern Hotel (2004-5) and Art U Need, a series of commissions in the Thames Gateway led by artist Bob & Roberta Smith.
