Theresa Simon & Partners Ltd.

PORTLAND GREEN commissions, produces, exhibits and distributes artists’ moving image works.

Artist and filmmaker Tim Meara, choreographer Rafael Bonachela and dancer Amy Hollingsworth were commissioned by Centre Pompidou and PORTLAND GREEN to create a short film about Lucian Freud.

Granted extraordinary access to the notoriously private artist, the film, 'Small Gestures in Bare Rooms', features Freud himself and was made to coincide with and be screened at Freud's 2010 retrospective at the Centre Pompidou, Paris.
